ORDERS
How to get free shipping?
There is Free Shipping on all orders over $100, no code needed. Our only shipping restriction is original artwork, which can only be shipped within the United States at through the website. If you are located outside of the US and would like to purchase a painting please email art.bbfry@gmail.com with your inquiry.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will usually be received in 5 business days, but up to 2 weeks is our estimated window as most products are not made in house and made with a supplier.
*Please double check your SHIPPING address when placing an order. If a package is returned due to you providing the wrong shipping address we will gladly resend it to you, but you will be responsible for covering shipping expenses for resending.
*We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail
What is the return policy?
Since we are a small business we can only accept returns for damaged, or misprinted items. Anything ordered in which you got the wrong size will not be accepted. There is a sizing chart available on every product page to ensure you can get the exact fit you're looking for. If you have any questions please feel free to send us an email.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Please email us at any time with order issues at art.bbfry@gmail.com. Allow 2-3 business days for a response.

How can I book?
Books open June 16th to custom work for the remainder of 2025. Please read through this FAQ which will go over the booking process in great detail, what to expect the day of your session, and aftercare! Flash or predawn designs I have listed on IG can be booked if my books are closed. All booking will be via email art.bbfry@gmail.com
Where are you tattooing?
I am no longer traveling full time and am stationed in CT at Crooked Soul Tattoo in Plainville. Any future travel dates including guest spots and conventions will be listed on my Instagram under "booking updates" link in my bio. You will get direct messages when I post in there on Instagram if you sign up.
COMMISSIONS
Are you doing custom paintings and murals?
I am usually always open to custom paintings, turnaround time may vary due to travel and how complicated the piece is. But if you're ever wanting to inquire please don't hesitate to email or fill out the contact form under the main header.
